Traction batteries ASTERION LFP are the batteries of fire-safe and stable lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) technology that have essential advantages over conventional lead-acid batteries such as:
- Quick charge – in just 1-2 hours from 0% to 100%
- Longer lifetime – 3000-5000 charge-discharge cycles (5 years and longer)
- Wide operating temperature range: from -50 to +85°С
- No hazardous gases emissions during operation and charging – no need for a special charging room
- Li-ion batteries can be charged at any SoC level and during any convenient break
